Linc is currently applying for a 5 year community television license and the Board is taking all necessary steps to seek the approval of the New South Wales Minister of Commerce under section 56 the Associations Incorporation Act 1984 (NSW), to become registered as a company limited by guarantee under the Corporations Act 2001. We are applying to become registered as a company limited by guarantee under the Corporations Act 2001, seeking registration of the company name North Coast TV Limited and adopting a new constitution.

We really need to get the sponsors rolling in, the sooner the better. It's time to get involved. We still need more content produced and fundraisers to organise to fund our transition to a company Limited by guarantee. DASA
